Residents are encouraged and enabled to participate in a wide variety of activities and experiences of interest to them with particular reference to their cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Continuous Improvement

Joseph Banks Aged Care Facility continually reviews its service delivery and care practices to enable all residents to receive a high standard of quality care and services.

Admission

Prospective residents must provide a current ACAT assessment.

We welcome viewing of the facility by appointment only and telephone enquiries during business hours.

Laundry

Residents' personal laundry is attended on-site. Residents or their families may prefer to launder delicate items such as woollens. All care is taken by staff when handling delicate fabrics.

Ageing in Place

Retirees WA (Inc) supports the concept of “ageing in place” and whenever possible, residents re-classified as high care will continue to reside at Joseph Banks Aged Care Facility, provided the facility is able to appropriately meet their individual needs.
